 ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

The following forms MUST be present with the application or if you submit the application from the website, please email or mail the following requirements:

Saint Patrick School does not require an entrance exam.

Students are to be immunized according to North Carolina’s regulations.  Physical exams are required for children entering Preschool and Kindergarten and are recommended for all others.

SELECTION PROCESS

By April 13 applications will be processed according to the following priority:

  1. Siblings of Saint Patrick students
  2. Children of Saint Patrick parishioners
  3. Children of other Catholic parishes
  4. Children of other faiths

Consideration for acceptance will be based on admission policy.  Pre/postdated checks are not accepted. A waiting list, comprised of those children who have not been accepted due to lack of classroom space will be established. For those applications submitted after March 24, the names will be placed on the bottom of the waiting list in the order received.

TUITION DEPOSIT

A $100 tuition deposit per student collected with the application or re-registration form is deducted from total tuition due for FACTS tuition payment calculation. The Tuition Deposit shall be non-refundable except in the case of military transfer upon presentation of written orders dated after enrollment but before the school year begins.  This tuition deposit will also apply to Extended Care and Preschool registrations.

Completion of FACTS Tuition Management Program enrollment MUST be completed by May 1st, 2017, utilizing the FACTS button on the school website or the student(s) will be removed from the class list and may not attend school until the enrollment is complete.

    *payment figures account for $100 tuition deposit due when registering.
  • Due each month according to FACTS payment date(s).
  • All monthly payments must be paid by April 30, 2018.
  • Payments for enrollment after July 1, 2017 will be calculated based upon tuition due and number of months until April 29, 2017.
